Pension Portal Version 6.9

Welcome to version 6.9 of the Pension Portal. This version welcomes several enhancements, including the much anticipated Task Mass Update. This new feature allows you to update a single task across multiple plans at the push of a button. For instance, if you have a similar task for all of your plans, such as, “collect anniversary data from client”, and you have already collected them for all 401(k)/Profit Sharing plans, you can;

Step 1: Choose the task you want to edit across multiple plans

Step 2: Filter List by Plans

Step 3: Mark Task as Done

In addition to the Mass Update feature, we have included a new feature for administrators only. The Global Setup interface of the Control Panel has been optimized to give admins an in depth view of each module. By hovering over each module, the admin can view a summary of the settings/features, see below:

Version 6.9 also features a new and improved login screen. (Note: if you have setup a login box on your company website, then this change does not apply)
